The Firm was established in June 2016, when Andrea Previtali and Antonio Pastore – a fellow chartered accountant who worked in the same firm as of counsel – left Studio Previtali Villoresi Covre & Associati (now Studio PVC). Studio Previtali Villoresi Covre & Associati had in turn been founded in 2006 as the natural continuation of Studio Moretti-Cane e Lombardi, a firm of chartered accountants based in Milan and serving leading Italian and international clients since the 1960s.
The two partners set out to build a firm able to offer clients, on the basis of their different, complementary and synergistic skills, a high-quality service in tax, corporate, pre-insolvency and insolvency advisory. To this end, young chartered accountants have been part of the Firm from the very beginning.
The Firm mainly assists Italian companies and companies belonging to multinational groups.
