Qualified as a chartered accountant (dottore commercialista) and member of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants since 1993.
Registered as a statutory auditor (Registro dei Revisori Legali) since 1995.
From 1989 to 1992, senior auditor at Ernst & Young in the industrial and commercial companies sector.
From 1992 to 1994, internal auditor in the finance and purchasing area of a major French multinational.
From 1994 to 2006 he held, in chronological order, the positions of administration and control director, deputy general manager and chief financial officer, deputy general manager and director of industrial operations, administration and finance director, and business line director at a Milan-based company belonging to the same multinational group.
From 2006 to 2007, at the Group’s headquarters in Paris, he served as Industrial Competitiveness Director, coordinating the seven Business Lines of the Division at international level.
Since 2008 he has worked as an independent professional, developing significant expertise.
